No-Refund Policy

All purchases on AstroChart are for digital products that are delivered instantly upon payment. Because the product is immediately accessible, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Exceptions

If you were charged but did not receive your interpretation or audio due to a technical error on our end, contact us at support@astrochart.xyz within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and either deliver the product or issue a full refund.
